Abi is true expert and brings a wealth of experience to what she does. She provided us with amazing insight and clear direction that saved us significant costs. I would not hesitate to recommend Abi. She immediately feels like part of the team rather than a supplier and adds huge value while being pragmatic to the needs of corporate organisations.

Making work better.

I became an Occupational Psychologist because I know we can build a better working world. A world where people feel included, fulfilled, and free from burnout. Where both leaders and startups succeed more than they fail. Where high performance never comes at the cost of mental health.

A world where we actually see a strong ROI on the billions we spend trying to hire, develop, motivate, and retain people in every sector, every year.

With over a decade of experience in academic research and commercial practice, I work with leaders who care deeply about their people and share my vision of a better working world. Together, we implement solutions at the intersection of business strategy and psychological and behavioural science.

I’ve partnered with companies at various stages of growth, from seed-stage startups to large corporates. Our work has spanned the entire employee lifecycle and I’m proud of the role I’ve played in building better leaders, teams, and cultures.

But we’re off the map here. There is no one route to success. The red thread is a desire to do things differently and create the conditions for sustainable high performance.

Because ultimately, it’s people (not products or processes) that dictate a company’s success.
